Hello and welcome! Real estate has been our family business for well over a decade and together we have completed dozens of real estate projects in the Sarasota and surrounding areas. Projects include complete property transformations in addition to the acquisition and renovation of both long term rentals & seasonal/short term rental properties.
We wear many "hats" so to speak! Our team includes a Licensed Building Contractor, Licensed Real Estate Professionals, Drywall and Popcorn Ceiling Removal Experts, and Designers.
Our goal is to renovate in such a way that maximizes the property's full potential in terms of both design and profitability. Our team is professional, knowledgeable, and detail oriented. We're here to share our journey as we buy/sell real estate, renovate, fix, design, and much more.
