Jonah - The Craftsman
Jonah is a Florida native, licensed building contractor, and licensed Realtor with a passion for craftsmanship and detail. As a licensed building contractor, he manages each renovation project from start to finish. He brings an array of hands-on skills that allow him to personally tackle many aspects of each project, ensuring a high-quality finished product. He also designs and builds custom projects in many of the homes - like beautiful solid wood built-in bookcases, dining nooks, and benches. Driven by a strong work ethic and a true passion for building, Jonah approaches every project with dedication and a commitment to excellence that shows in every detail.
Melissa - The Design Expert
Melissa is a licensed Realtor who has called Sarasota home for the past 15 years. With a strong foundation in real estate and years of hands-on experience, she brings both market insight and design expertise to every project. She leads the design vision, carefully selecting finishes, colors, and materials to create spaces that are both beautiful and functional. With a sharp eye for detail and thoughtful design, Melissa also stages the homes after the renovations are completed —making sure every space looks its best and feels inviting to buyers.
